100% refund or rebook in case of bad weather, it will be informed the day before as soon as the authorities inform us, the safety of everyone is our priority.

Flight Cancellation

In case of flight cancellation you will get a refund of 100% of your payment, only showing us the mail confirmation or booking cancellation from your airline.

Other Cases:

In case of cancellation due to other reasons different that those above, we can not cancel your booking and the payment will not be refund.
